Regulatory practice and Co-Pro Bono Partner for the firm. Steve practices in
the areas of international and domestic financial and commercial matters,
including commercial loans, mergers and acquisitions, financial services
regulation and U.S. Government matters. Clients have included financial
services firms such as U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, GMAC-Residential Funding
Corporation, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Royal Bank of Scotland and
LaSalle Bank as well as non-financial companies such as Carlson Companies,
ADC Telecommunications, Lenox, UnitedHealth Group, 3M and Southern Minnesota
Beet Sugar Cooperative.
