PRESIDENT

Saul Caisman is Director, Midwest Area Risk Management-Tax for KPMG LLP and is based in Chicago. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Caisman was an International Tax Partner, advising a diverse group of US and foreign-based multinational companies on international tax issues and planning opportunities, including establishing operation and joint ventures in overseas markets, cross border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, foreign tax credit planning, transfer pricing and international executives. He coordinated the worldwide tax planning and delivery of services to multinational clients in the Information, Communication and Entertainment and Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution lines of business. Mr. Caisman travels extensively throughout the Midwest and the world meeting with clients and members of the KPMG client service teams. Mr. Caisman has been named by International Tax Review Magazine as one of the leading tax advisors in the United States for 1997,1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001.

Mr. Caisman graduated from DePaul University with a BS degree in Commerce and a JD degree in Law. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of International Education.
