SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Lynn Durning is SeniorVice President, Wells Fargo HSBC Trade Bank N.A.  The Trade Bank is an equity Joint Venture owned by Wells Fargo Corporation and HSBC NA.  It is the only nationally chartered bank that is exclusively focused on clients that are engaged in International commerce.   In this role, Lynn and her team provide full service financial solutions for middle market companies based in the Midwest and East Coast.

Previously, Lynn served as Vice President and head of the International Finance Division of a major super-regional bank in Chicago. This group specialized in providing financial solutions for domestic companies conducting trade and international transactions and for U.S. subsidiaries of foreign-headquartered companies.

Lynn has held progressively more responsible positions during her 18 years in banking, including 12 years with a Canadian-based financial services company. Her experience includes managing relationships in the automotive, food and beverage, forest products and diversified sectors with several large multinational financial institutions.

A native of Canada, Ms. Durning was raised in Montreal, Quebec. She earned a bachelor's degree in commerce with a concentration in marketing and management policy from McGill University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario. She is married with two children and has lived in the Chicago area for eleven years.  Lynn is on the Board of the British American Business Counsel of Chicago, the International Trade Association of Greater Chicago and on the Board and Executive Committee of the Japan American Society.
