The leadership of the BABC Chicago plays a vital role in ensuring the success of the Council. They are volunteers, operating under the BABC Chicago by-laws, who have exhibited outstanding qualifications, unselfish dedication, and a willingness to serve the profession. Each member of the Board is charged to serve in the best interests of the entire membership and the profession. Using BABC Chicago’s vision and mission, the Board works to guide the organization toward desired objectives and ensure that they occur. The Board of Directors embraces the following values:
