are available to help you increase your company's visibility among fellow members. We

Chicago Membership Mailing List
Communicate with your
fellow members. Let other members know that you are a member of the BABC Chicago, describe
your business, and tell members how you might be of service. The following options are
available to you:
BABC Chicago Membership List on Excel Spreadsheet. As a member, the BABC Chicago
would provide you a list of members in an Excel Spreadsheet at no charge.
BABC Chicago Membership List on Labels. The BABC Chicago would be happy to provide
you mailing labels for members for a small administrative fee to cover the cost of labels
and staff time.
Cost: $50 for each set of labels.
Mailing your product brochure and letter. Don't have the staff or time to help
you with your mailing? The BABC Chicago would be pleased to do the work for you. For an
administrative fee, we would be happy to process and mail your letter (one-page) to
members, along with an accompanying brochure (4 oz max) Cost: $10/letter
Communicate with members through e-mail. As a member, you may request member
e-mails in an excel spreadsheet at no charge or for an administrative fee let BABC Chicago
send your short e-mail messages to members. Cost: $75
Speaker/Author Opportunities
Would you be willing to share your expertise with members? Or perhaps you want to
give exposure to your company's leadership. Through the BABC Chicago's informal seminars, you
can relay your message to a select audience.
Or have you written an article you would like to share with members? Let us know and we
would be delighted to share your ideas with fellow members.

Silent
and Live Auction Donations
Consider donating an auction donation as another way of introducing
your business. Each year the Council holds an annual traditional British Christmas Gala, which
includes an exciting silent and live auction to help raise funds for the BABC Chicago to
continue its mission. Sponsorships are designed to give participating companies a high
level of visibility during the event and an opportunity to be associated with a number of
well-known British and American corporate names. Your company's donation to the auction
would be prominently displayed and viewed by over 300 decision-makers involved in
U.S.-U.K. trade, commerce, and tourism. Your company would receive recognition as a
contributor in the Christmas Gala Ad Book. Donations include gift certificates to
restaurants, spas, hotel get-a-ways, trips to the UK, Waterford crystal, autographed
photographs of leading sports figures, tickets to plays, exotic car use, a variety of

Council communications; five complimentary tickets to the event; priority table placement
